"'Headache' is a subtle social commentary on the gothic culture scene. It is in essence poking fun at the headaches that result from being hungover. One could also interpret it as a post-narcotic depression combined with a headache. Myself, I have never understood why anyone would deliberately drink so much to make themselves hungover/sick. Perhaps I am lucky I only get a little sleepy when I drink and my Scottish/Prussian blood gives me a high tolerance level. Plus, I like my brain cells just the way they are.

Myself, I do not have have headaches very often, although both of my parents have regular headache problems. I refuse to take pain killers, I believe they dull the wits. Instead, on the rare cases when I do get a headache I just endure the pain. Only twice have I worked during an actual headache, and only because I had deadlines. However, these two works were two of my better works at the time that I made them. This may however just be pure coincidence."
