"I see some relationship between my art making and my migraines during the 80s when I suffered from recurring classical migraine for 8 years. I have deliberately depicted the visual aura experiences in my hand drawn film Migraine Particles (1984), but also the idea of the flash as well as shape were inspired by the migraines."
