"I am an artist who suffers from chronic migraines. A friend sent me a link to your website, and I was happy to discover that it is possible to submit migraine related art. I created a small art card (2.5" x 3.5") in mixed media early this year, and hope you will consider using it in your gallery.

The red ric-rak represents the aura I get before or after my migraines, and obviously, the knife in my eye represents the type of migraines I experience.

"I've suffered from chronic migraines for over 10 years. The red ric rac represents the visual aura I get before or after an attack. The little metal knife in the eye represents the kind of pain I experience during an attack. For me, the demon was a necessary part of the piece because I'm sure migraine headaches are one of the prime punishments for the lost souls in hell."
