"what is a migraine like? i get asked that sometimes. well let me define my migraine for you,it may not be like anyone elses. if i could squeeze it out of my eye, which it feels like it wants to do, then it would look like this,colourful aint it? searingly sore colours. what does it feel like?

well in my head is a wrought iron spiral staircase and walking down it quite deliberatly,one step at a time is a man in a deep sea diving suit with lead weight boots, each step vibrates the metal and conducts down to the bottom of the staircase which is a long sharp spike which is embedded behind my right eye. that's what it feels like."
