"At each stage of development that our perception increases, an aperture opens so that we may perceive more. Opening the aperture almost creates a sort of a self induced psychosis to let go of ones preconceived ideas of reality. You are starting to perceive new concepts that break old reality barriers. Letting go of preconceived ideas about life is not an easy task and your mind will fight to keep its prior program. You are wrestling against principalities and powers that you were not accustomed to. When laying in bed at night you may also hear a loud POP that startles you that nobody else hears. These are normal things to be expected when raising consciousness at each level.
If you are a visual based person, you may not like what is coming next.
The next stage you may have to look forward to unfortunately is a very painful one for most people. Actually seeing the portal aperture itself. When you rise to the next level of perception and have not accepted your new reality yet, you may start to get severe migraines. Migraines in the true sense come because you have a severe contrast in reality that cannot be coped with. Before the onset of the headache you will see a beautiful aura of a rainbow zigzag electric snake. If it continues it will curve around and sorta bite its tail forming a circle. The circle begins to get brighter and the center gets intensely bright and difficult to look at. It can be seen even when you close your eyes. It is one of the most beautiful but annoying thing you will experience with perhaps the exception of an ex-spouse, lol.
Migraine headache sufferers report this apparition with every migraine. I recently discovered the source of all this but it was just as frustrating to research as the hum everyone worries about having or not having. I no longer get the headaches with my migraine auras, although this is rare, it is not impossible for people to overcome. You can experience the visions without the headache and learn to take control of them. These days, I get the migraine aura without the headache just before a remote viewing session or when I feel someone may be looking in on me with alternative perception methods.
I have talked to David about this subject, he told me I should share this information too but at the time I could not see how it fit the topics here and as I was still in the process of putting it all together my data was not yet complete. David's take on it was that I am a clairvoyant (clear vision psychic), as I see my target, and he is a clairaudient (he hears about his target). Taking this into consideration, depending on the sense you rely on the most, hearing, vision, touch, etc... your experiences will be different.

Anyone who has had migraines will probably be familiar with these photos. They are a re-creation of what I perceived and does not do justice to the beauty of the portal but it was the best that I could do with photoshop at the time.
Sometimes it looks like a rainbow lightning and sometimes it looks like a zigzag rainbow glowing rip in the air in front of you.

Again, just the same as with the hum, there is no purpose, just a perception of your mind while it assumes the role of internal investigation. What you use it for is up to you. Just like your car; it can be used to drive you to the bank for a deposit or to do a bank robbery, the choice of how to use it and what to use it for is up to you."
