Anyone recognize this?

This monster appeared in my vision as I drove Callia, Dylan and Colton home from rehearsal in the pouring rain.

I've had this type of migraine aura once before. I knew what it meant. It meant, "Hold on to your f'ing hat... and get home fast."

I get the "shooting-stars-here-comes-the-migraine" occasionally. As soon as I see them, slam down a few Advil and I'm still functioning at 100%.

The squiggling moving aura is different. It kind of looks like you are looking through shimmering water. It moves and blocks part of your vision for about 15 minutes and then comes the pain.

Yup. "Hold on to your f'ing hat..." is right.

It starts out like this picture, a backwards "c", then becomes more of a ">" and then it moves up reminding me of a brim of a baseball cap shading over the top portion of your vision.

Arriving home, the pain had begun in my right temple. I made it upstairs in time to throw up hard and then climb in bed. Apparently this aura monster sucks all your energy because I slept for 3 hours. The rest of the day I've felt tired and kind of out of it.

I took Colton and Callia with me to the food store around 6:30PM and after about ohh... ten minutes... I felt nauseous and like I had been awake for three days.

One of the moments where I'm really glad my children are so independent and capable. Colton prepared dinner for the five kids.

I'm going to bed.
