Erich Kästner is one of the best known authors of highly amusing children's books. His book "Pünktchen und Anton" (1931)−in English, Anna Louise and Anton−includes a famous German phrase about migraine: "Migraine are headaches, even if you don't have any", corresponding to the ICHD diagnostic category (1.2.3) of typical aura without headache.
