History and family history of migraine in subjects with HPPD

Of the 30 subjects who got a diagnosis of HPPD, 11 subjects (#2, #34, #72, #89, #98, #99, #101, #237, #260, #404, #442) had a self-reported diagnosis of migraine and 8 subjects had a positive family history for migraine with the mother (subjects #72, #89, #237, #245, #442), father (subject #98) or one sibling (#101, #114) being affected. Of the 11 subjects with a self-reported migraine, 9 had a history of recurring headaches before (6 subjects) and/or after (8 subjects) the onset of HPPD and 6 had a history of migraine aura symptoms before (3 subjects) and/or after (5 subjects) the onset of HPPD. The mean MAS score of the 11 subjects with a self-reported migraine was 2,0 with a range from 1 to 4.
