Depression

"vs worse with depression.

Hi

Well my vs is considerably worse. I feel so ill though, crying all the time, depressed, don't know what to do about it, been feeling this way for about 4 days so far but I really hope it passes.

I had a new job. I started working there for 1 week and then I went on holiday. When I got back, work phoned me and told me not to bother coming back as I had been given a negative reference by the previous company. I can't believe that they could not say 1 positive thing about me. I have never been given a bad reference before in my life. This has triggered my depression off. The world seems full of selfish nasty people who only look out for themselves and don't care about the consequences their actions have on others."
