"I try to visualise that my heart is pumping fresh blood to my brain and eyes and that is taking away the problem and filling it with new fresh blood. I also try to get my brain and eyes to communicate and help each other, and I sort of thank my eyes for all they have done and tell them that there is still so much to see and to try to get better. I normally do this for ½ hour before I go to bed. Maybe it helps I don't know, but I have read a lot about positive visualisation and so have invented this sort of visualisation for myself."
