"I do best by focusing on the moment of where ever I happen to be, health-wise, psychologically, and accept it as it is. You accept the thought and let it go and don't let it dwell. Then I just let whatever freaky spiritual-like experiences I have wash over me and be gone. I am finding the mindfulness approach to life to be helpful, especially considering how symptoms come and go and get worse or better."
