"I recently had VS in a lucid dream/'nightmare'.
The dream became lucid when I realized I did not have VS, (a-ha I'm dreaming) but then very bad VS appeared in my perhipheral vision and started to move inwards, I struggled with the VS, trying to force it back out, (this was the nightmare part) but I eventually failed and the dream ended with me waking up. I don't recall the VS being any worse than it would be waking in the middle of the night which is always bad anyways. It certainly wasn't anytyhing like it was in the dream, which was opaque and opressive.
The dream seemed to be a psychological manifestation of my struggle with VS rather than a physical phenominon, I don't normally see VS in my dreams.

"I returned to sleep a few moments after waking. When waking at night or even after a short nap (or even closing my eyes for a few minutes) the VS is always worse.
I can't recall the pre-VS topic of the dream but I can recall the VS aspect - it was quite artificial. I will try and make a series of pics or an animation."

"It took longer and I did push it out but it eventually collapsed, but it kind of looked like this. Not at all like my real VS, more like a caricature.
I still think it was psychological."
