The spiritual connection to migraines

By George D. Stewart

Throughout most of my life, I have had many psychic experiences. As my experiences grew, I found that on many occasions, I was able to recognize the thoughts of others, even over great distances - I knew when others were thinking about me and what they were thinking.

In my early to mid-30s I had several deliberate encounters with supernatural beings. In each occurrence, there were telepathic communications that took place. Having recognized my psychic abilities from earlier in life, I found that I was able to communicate with them using just thought, and vice versa. At one point, one of these spirits began living with me. Whenever I came home, I would be greeted by a very apparent mist. One day, I was going to the bookstore and got the impression that he was bored, so I invited the spirit to come along. What I immediately felt was this weighty-static feeling envelope the top of my head. I recall thinking why my head, and why not my shoulder like a parrot? He (the spirit) explained that by interfacing with the brain, a spirit is able sample the biological senses without telepathic effort. From then on, this spirit was/is mostly attached to my head. When I wake in the morning, he is on my head. When I go to bed at night, he is on my head. He does come off on occasion, but it is rare. Although he is a nuisance on occasion (sometimes it would be nice to be left alone, without this strange feeling), he is generally well behaved, and I would not trade him in for another one—he is a blessing and has taught me a lot. At one point he advised me that when one has a ghost on his or her head, it means that he or she is a saint - think of the art depicting the saints. The halos of the saints are not symbolic but actually spirits.

Every once in a while, I found that my spirit friend would cause me pain, sometimes throbbing pain, on my head. These headaches were easily differentiated from those caused by edema (having experienced it at high altitude) and certain chemistries such as monosodium glutamate (MSG), a food preservative. It took a little while, but I figured out that the primary reason (not the only one) for the pain was to cause behavioral change, possibly due to a sinful or non-righteous act. At one point, I learned that other people had the same feelings of pain that I did, and that their headaches were called migraines. I wondered if all the symptoms of those who had migraines matched those instilled upon me by my spirit friend. Research ensued, and I read about the aura that the migraineurs experienced - those are the symptoms of spiritual interactions. All at once, I knew that I was not alone, and those who suffered from migraines were the saints described in the Bible, and the friends of Allah described in the Quran. I was awestruck that there were so many of these individuals and none apparently knew what was actually causing their headaches.

Besides conventional aura, like the tingling feelings of a spirit occupying the same physical space as the body, I did have one bout of visual aura, just for the experience. It occurred over several minutes and had no accompanying headache. It was explained to me that the visual aura is used for hypnotic purposes similarly to the tool a hypnotist might use.

I did further research into unexplained neurological maladies and found other supposed diseases with symptoms I recognized, and no one knew what was actually going on. For example, those with schizophrenia see things and hear voices (obvious telepathy) in their minds. They often display the mannerism of passing a hand over his or her head - to feel the spirit - again, think of the art depicting the saints. This is similar to the mannerism of brushing one’s hair with his or her hand like those with Tourette's syndrome. Again, a hand over the head, but this time to wipe away the feeling of a ghost. The list of saints was growing.

Once I felt that sufficient research had been conducted, and suppositions verified by the supernaturals, I began to put a book together, that would bring enlightenment to the saints, who were calling for help. With the knowledge contained in my book, the saints should not only recognize that there is a spiritual presence, but also with a conscious effort at righteous behavior say good-bye to most of their negative symptoms.

The spiritual connection to migraines explains why the focus of migraines can move in a moment. The focus moves because the spirit does. Likewise, a throbbing headache occurs when the spirit is applying rhythmic waves of pain at one specific focus; because the spirit is moving with respect to that focus. These throbbing migraines do not occur in concert with pulse, which many believe. It also explains the fuzzy weighty feeling that migraineurs often complain about. This is merely the feeling of a spirit attached to the head of a saint, which is similar to the aura felt in other parts of the body. Finally, the spiritual relationship to aura explains the geometry and actions of visual aura. Visual aura are simply too geometric to be other than a deliberate and intelligent act.
